Kansas City, Kan. — The University of Kansas Health System's Blue Ridge Family Physicians location is moving to South Kansas City.
After more than 20 years in Grandview, the health system's employees will vacate their current location at 12121 Blue Ridge Blvd., Suite M, and begin seeing patients at the South Kansas City Medical Pavilion, a short distance from the current location, on December 14.
The team of physicians, advanced practice providers, nurses and support staff is committed to providing excellent patient care, especially during this transition. Patients will receive a letter by mail that includes facility features, a map and driving instructions to the new location. All currently scheduled appointment dates and times will not change.
In addition to the new location, the phone number of the clinic will also change and the old number will no longer be in use. The new phone number is 913-945-9660, and patients are encouraged to update the contact information in their phone and elsewhere.
