Snow is expected in Kansas City and parts of Kansas this week. The University of Kansas Health System, Olathe Health and The University of Kansas Cancer Center plan to be open and available to provide care.

Scheduled visits

If you have a scheduled, in-person visit, please allow plenty of time to arrive safely. Our teams will be waiting for you as planned.

Your safety is always our priority. If you are concerned about travel conditions or unable to make your visit, call your provider’s office or send a MyChart message to reschedule or explore whether telehealth may be an option for you.

If your care team has already reached out with options to make visit changes for your comfort and safety, please follow the guidance you have been given.

Imaging

KU MedWest and Quivira Medical Pavilion will not offer walk-in mammography on Wednesday, Feb. 12. All other locations are expected to see patients as usual.
