May 27, 2020

Kansas City, Kan. — Turning Point has made the following changes and additions to their upcoming programs.

Date change

For Women Only: Tending the Spirit: The Art of Self-Care has been rescheduled to May 27, 1-3 p.m. It was previously scheduled for Wednesday, May 20.

New program

Discover Mindful Eating

Note: First session will be 2-4 p.m.

Instructor: Karen Ialapi, RD, LD, CDE, Certified Diabetes Educator, Wellness Coach
