Southwest Guacamole Dip

1/2 ripe avocado (4 oz.)
2 Tbsp. plum tomatoes, chopped
1 Tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. lime juice
1 tsp. onion powder
1/2 tsp. garlic powder
1/2 tsp. dried cilantro, chopped
1/4 tsp. salt
Dash of hot sauce, optional, to taste
Peel, pit and cut the avocado into pieces. In a bowl, combine all the ingredients until well blended. Spoon into a serving bowl and serve with fresh vegetables like bell pepper strips, tomato or cucumber slices.
