Recipe: Apple Banana Smoothie

Apple smoothie.

A delicious and heart-healthy smoothie recipe that your whole family will enjoy.

Ingredients

  • 1 large, ripe banana, peeled and chopped
  • 1 Fuji apple, peeled and chopped
  • ¾ cup nonfat yogurt
  • 1 cup nonfat soy or skim milk
  • ½ Tbsp. sugar

Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in blender.
  2. Blend for about 1 minute, until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately.
