Kansas City, Kan. – In recognition of the upcoming Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday, some of The University of Kansas Health System’s offices will have modified hours on Monday, January 15.
Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday hours
Doctor office hours
- All doctor offices will be closed Monday, January 15. Our staff will support routine scheduling needs and answer routine MyChart messages when normal business hours resume.
Outpatient imaging
- All outpatient imaging locations will be closed Monday, January 15.
Pharmacy hours
- Our retail pharmacy locations inside Bell Hospital Tower and Cambridge Tower A (on the Kansas City campus shared with the medical center) will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, January 15.
- Southlake Business Park in Lenexa will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Monday, January 15.
- Our Westwood Campus and Indian Creek Campus locations will be closed Monday, January 15.
Urgent care hours
- All health system urgent care locations will be open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Monday, January 15. You can view current wait times with the Find Urgent Care Now tool in MyChart and online.
Walk-in lab hours
- Our walk-in lab locations will be closed Monday, January 15.
Walk-in orthopedic care
- Orthopedic walk-in care at I-435 and Nall will be closed on Monday, January 15.
The University of Kansas Cancer Center
- The University of Kansas Cancer Center will be primarily closed Monday, January 15.
- The Richard and Annette Bloch Radiation Oncology Pavilion at 39th and Rainbow will be closed Monday, January 15.
- The Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Care Pavilion in Westwood will offer limited services in the BMT clinic and treatment areas on Monday, January 15.

Great Bend, Kansas, locations
- All doctor offices in Great Bend will be closed Monday, January 15.
- Convenient Care Walk-In Clinic at St. Rose Medical Pavilion will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. on Monday, January 15.
- No inpatient services will be affected by the holiday.
