Thanksgiving Holiday Hours

Kansas City, Kan. – In recognition of the upcoming Thanksgiving holiday, some of The University of Kansas Health System’s offices will have modified hours on Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.

Doctor office hours

• All doctor offices will be closed Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24. Our staff will support routine scheduling needs and answer routine MyChart messages when normal business hours resume.

Outpatient imaging

• All outpatient imaging locations will be closed Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.

Pharmacy hours

• Our retail pharmacy locations inside Bell Hospital Tower and Cambridge Tower A (on the Kansas City campus shared with the medical center) will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Thursday, November 23, through Sunday, November 26.
• Southlake Business Park in Lenexa will be closed Thursday, November 23. It will be open Friday, November 24 from 9 a.m.-5 p.m. It will be closed Saturday, November 25, and open Sunday, November 26, from 9 a.m.-5 p.m.
• Our Westwood Campus and Indian Creek Campus locations will be closed Thursday, November 23, through Sunday, November 26.

Urgent care hours

• All health system urgent care locations will be open 8 a.m.-4 p.m. on Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.

Walk-in lab hours

• Our walk-in lab locations will be closed Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.

Walk-in orthopedic clinic

• Our orthopedic walk-in care office at I-435 and Nall will be closed on Thursday - Saturday, November 23-25 .

The University of Kansas Cancer Center

• The University of Kansas Cancer Center will be closed for exam visits Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24, with these exceptions:
• BMT clinics will be open limited hours for exams and treatment.
• The Richard and Annette Bloch Cancer Care Pavilion in Westwood will be open limited hours for treatment.
• The Richard and Annette Bloch Radiation Oncology Pavilion will be closed Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.

Great Bend, Kansas, locations

• All doctor offices in Great Bend will be closed Thursday, November 23, and Friday, November 24.
• Convenient Care Walk-In Clinic at St. Rose Medical Pavilion will be closed on Thursday, November 23, and open 9 a.m.-5 p.m., Friday, Saturday and Sunday, November 24-26.
• No inpatient services will be affected by the holiday.
