Shawnee, Kan. — The University of Kansas Health System offers expanded pediatric services at our KU MedWest location at 7405 Renner Road in Shawnee, Kansas.
Pediatricians Huda Alani, MD, Rozina Mohiuddin, MD, and Kathryn Petelin, DO, are available for pediatric care, with another specialist joining in August. Expanded pediatric services now include:
- Back-to-school and sports physicals
- COVID-19 vaccinations and boosters
- Healthy Hawks, a program addressing weight or other nutrition-related health concerns for children ages 2-18
- Lactation support
- Same-day sick visits
In addition to expanded services, patients and collaborating specialists may now contact pediatrics through a central phone number to access their care team: 913-588-6300.
