Ingredients
1/2 cup Kalamata olives
1/2 cup Sicilian green olives
2 cloves garlic
1 green onion
1 Tbsp. capers
1 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. parsley
Juice of 1 lemon
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse to combine well. Allow the ingredients to process until the mixture is coarsely pureed. Use as a topping for bruschetta or as a dip for fresh vegetables. Or use to stuff mushrooms or deviled eggs.
