Ingredients
Salad:
1 small head cabbage, shredded/sliced
1/4 cup parsley (or cilantro)
2 medium carrots
1/4 cup sunflower seeds (or favorite chopped nut)
Dressing:
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1/4 cup sesame oil (or extra virgin olive oil)
1 clove garlic, minced (or 1 teaspoon jarred garlic)
1 tsp. honey, pure maple syrup or 5-7 drops stevia
1/4 tsp. salt (Himalayan or Celtic)
Preparation
Chop salad ingredients and place in a medium bowl. In a lidded glass jar, add all dressing ingredients, secure lid tightly and shake well. Pour dressing over the salad and use tongs to toss. Salad will stay good for a few days.
