Ingredients
2 cups plain coconut yogurt
2 tsp. cocoa powder
Garnish/Topping
4 Tbsp. shredded coconut
Sliced strawberries, pineapple and/or kiwi
Shredded dark chocolate (70% cocoa or higher) *Optional
Serves 4
Directions
Place 3 ingredients in a bowl and whisk vigorously until the desired consistency and flavor. Ingredients can be adapted to your liking.
Serve in individual custard cups and top with 1 tablespoon shredded, sliced fruit. You may add shavings of dark chocolate to the top, if desired.
